Dixie Land Delight came into our rescue program on November 8, 2014. Bella Sarah along with J.R. and Bella Sarah came into our rescue program as an owner surrender due to the family having to relocate. These horses have been extremely well loved and have been together for most of their lives. We would love to see them all adopted together, but realize that may be a complicated task. Dixie Land Delight is a Beautiful, Red Roan, Quarter Horse, Mare. Dixie Land Delight is estimated to be 12 years of age. She is a sweet girl and loves attention. Dixie Land Delight is broke to ride and will make someone an excellent horse. We would recommend some tune up time in a round pen or small enclosed area as it has been a while since she was ridden consistently. She has a willing to please attitude and a very calm disposition. She hasn't offered to buck, kick or bite. She stands for the farrier and loads in the trailer. Dixie Land Delight is a beautiful girl and stands around 15.2 hands tall. Dixie Land Delight has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, and hoof maintenance. We are generally available by appointment Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and anytime Friday - Sunday. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
